Hello again!

After my introduction months ago (it feels like longer to me), I got the ok from the OBGYN to begin working out again. The delivery was VERY bad (I was anemic for about 3 weeks from blood loss) but I'm all healed, the baby sleeps through pretty much anything, and I finally got some sort of a schedule going to plan a workout at least 3 times a week ( Read more... )

wishing you tons of luck but remember, 9 months up, 9 months down and for me it was more like a 12 - 15 months. I just hit my goal weight which is 5 pounds under my last prepreg weight last month, which was 17 months. I steadily held onto 5 extra pounds each pregnancy that I haven't been able to get off until recently and it comes back in a flash if I don't continue to work out.

I have the feeling it will take me longer than 4-5 months to lose 50 pounds (and honestly, it's healthier if I don't), but I do dare to dream.

Failing 50 pounds, I do want to try and get back to the same pants size. Until I go back to work, I have no income and frankly, cannot afford a new work wardrobe. :P I think that's 2 sizes in 5 months... I have no idea what my size is now. I'm scared to measure. :p
