Some Moreaus
Some moreaus I made up for my Gamma World game.Turtle Moreau Species Traits
Turtle moreaus are a blend of human and turtle. They tend to be slow moving but quick thinking. They tend to be technologists or investigators but can handle their own in a scrape due to their natural defenses.
Moderate turtle moreaus have tough, leathery skin with a greenish tint. They have a thin shell that protects them from harm. Overt turtle moreaus have long neck with rounded heads not much wider than their necks. They have a fully developed shell which allows them to withstand far more damage than a normal human.
Observant (Ex): Turtle moreaus are able to observe details easily, giving covert and moderate turtle moreaus a +2 species bonus to spot checks. The flexible neck of overt turtle moreaus improves this ability to +4.
Shell (Ex): Moderate and overt turtle moreaus possess shells. The moderate turtle moreau gains a +2 AC bonus, while the overt turtle moreau gains a +4 bonus. In addition, the turtle moreau has the ability to withdraw all his limbs into his shell. This is a standard action which provokes attacks of opportunity. Once in the shell, the turtle moreau may take no action but gains DR 5/-.
Slow Movement: Overt turtle moreaus have inherited the slow movement of their turtle relatives and have a base speed of 20'.
Ability Scores: Turtle moreaus have the following species modifiers to ability scores:
Covert: +2 Int, -2 Dex
Moderate: +2 Int, -2 Dex, +2 Con, -2 Chr

Monkey moreaus are a blend of human and monkey. They tend to be agile and quick, but are weaker than a comparable human. Monkey moreaus make excellent scouts and thieves, using their abilities to infiltrate enemy installations and retrieve important items. Monkey moreaus tend to have short attention spans and prefer action to discussion.
Overt monkey moreaus are smaller than their human counterparts, tending to more resemble their monkey relatives. They typically have brown fur but unlike monkeys they have flat faces like humans. They have prehensile tails that allow them to grab small objects.
Tail (Ex): Overt monkey moreaus have a tail which may be used to pick up small objects, grab onto handholds, etc. The tail is not nearly as strong as an arm, though, and may only pick up objects 1/5 the weight of the moreau's light load weight. Having a tail alos provides a +2 bonus to balance checks.
Dextrous (Ex): Monkey moreaus are skilled at quickly grabbing and manipulating objects, giving them a species bonus of +2 to sleight of hand checks.
