Food & Exercise Journal for 11/16/2010

Breakfast (9am):  Hard-boiled egg (70 cal)
Lunch (1:15pm):  1 1/2 cups of Vegetarian Chili (~247 cal)
4pm:  1oz of Dry-Roasted Peanuts (160 cal)

Exercise (gym day):  20 minutes legs & 40 minutes on the bike
Other Exercise:  Went to the mall on my lunch break and got around 20 min of walking in.

Around 5:45 I started to feel nauseated.  Tried eating something else, but that just made it worse.  Wasn't able to eat any dinner, went to bed around 9pm and woke up every hour, on the hour.

This morning I had some oatmeal, but that brought the nausea back and I'm completely exhausted.  Don't know if I'm going to stay at work all day or leave around lunch.
