11:30am: 1oz of dry-roasted Peanuts (160 calories)
Lunch (12:50pm): Wendy's Apple Pecan 1/2 sized salad (290 calories)
4:15pm: 1oz of dry-roasted Peanuts (160 calories)
Dinner (7:30pm): 1/2 of a medium-sized Acorn Squash stuffed with ~1 cup of mixed Quinoa, Kate, Carrots, and Celery which was cooked in Beef Broth (?? calories)
Exercise: 20 minute walk to and from Wendy's and 50 push-ups before bed.
Yeah, I was a bit bad yesterday. But I think the extra fat and carbs from the ham and toast was probably needed after the last couple of days of being sick. Plus, even though I don't know how many calories were in dinner, I'm pretty sure I stayed under 2k (My goal is to stay under 1,500 on most days).
