Also i haven't updated my copy of willow from VHS to DVD. I must get around to it some time

Bavmorda, if I remember correctly, was finished off by a strike of lightning, so I doubt it's her.

I was thinking about your previous tail discussion, and thinking that without fur, no tail could be cute. But curliness was a factor I didn't consider. That could do it.
