yet again, today was a wonderfully boring day. got up, ate brunch, watched part of the Monk Marathon...gotta luv that guy. did some driving...on the highway and business!!! got up to 60 mph...that felt good. did some shopping w/ the old man. oh, and my urine came back clean. no proteins this time. gotta figure
