Believe it or not, I finally posted another chapter: "The Evenstar." Aragorn suffers morning-after effects, has a talk with Elrond, and gets naked....a thrill for all the fangurls
( Read more... )
Haven't read it yet--but I will get to it soon! Today! With remarks. On the film: L. thought it was pretty good--high praise for her. I should crawl over the Pavillion Theater near my house while it is still there (at least I think it's still there).
Aaahhh! Thanks for satisfying my SoE addiction...at least for the time being. Arwen and Aragorn's confrontation (for lack of a better word) in the orchard was well done, and you conveyed that she is of two minds of quite nicely. Loved the touch of her stumbling over the root. Very consistent with my own notions that the Eldar are not quite the ethereal beings they are painted to be in the "histories."
So, Demon-Spawn the Younger and I plan to take in "Elizabeth: The Golden Age" this weekend. Seeing as how she is a Viggo fangurl (good taste, my teenager has), I may just be able to persuade her to see "Eastern Promises" in the next couple of weeks or so.
I still haven't read the latest chapter of Sword (talk about spoilers--I am interested in seeing what is there that I haven't seen before). I don't want to be left out of this discussion because of spoilers. I'm one of those people who read the last chapter of a book as soon as it starts to hook me.
I want to see "Elizabeth: The Golden Age"--it's in my neighborhood also--I am still behind on everything because my internet was screwed up for almost two days. Cableman claims it is fixed now. So hope to catch up on reading and correspondence.
