let me clarify: I know you got a speeding ticket,but why dont you just have to pay it and get it over with? what's the video thing about? Is this some Hoosier law?

No no, not an odd law. I decided to take my once in a lifetime ticket deferal so that my insurance doesn't goes up, visa vi, concordingly (haha matrix comedy) I had to rent the Defensive driving DVD and answer some questions over the phone. Which then gets turned into the DMV and I pay an extra $130 and it's like it never happened.
