I saw a big black van with titend windos today on the side of the van it said experess deleavery but when i walked to the frunt there was a guy in the frunt seet that was waring at hat that said CIA when he had seen i spotted him he drove off to the domanos parking lot it was quite strage. Assuming it realy was the CIA 1 what the hell are they
