is there a frequnce in wich you head exploeds? if so do you have to hear it to have it happen?

Heh. Yes.
Your head, as a bone chamber, is subject to a certain frequency--called a sympathetic resonance frequency--at which it will vibrate at peak efficiency, meaning it will expend the least energy for the most vibration. This occurs when the chamber of your skull is subject to the frequency, so depending on what it is, you might not hear it, but it will definately be there. At the specific sympathetic resonance frequency, your skull can and will shake itself apart at the bone plates and your brains will ooze out your ears. ((Think of a soprano shattering a wineglass by hitting a high C))

ps. Yes the government is working on weapons based on this idea.
