My new diet and exercise plan are going swell! I eat a piece fruit for breakfast, sandwich for lunch then a salad and small "entree" for dinner. No soda, only water! And I do cardio for about half an hour then crunchies. It's not intense, but I feel less sluggish and lazy. At night me and Liz make tea for ourselves. Hahahaha...we're lame ( Read more... )

i got a 98.5 on my history test a couple weeks. I WIN!!!!!
