...why i titled that "sex"...i do not know.
neways this weekend has been pretty damn good. Friday night was the strake dance. (which was ok) compared to the other ones i went to this one was better. The music was alright...but not as many rap songs as i hoped but i kinda already knew it was gonna be like that. It was fun having friends there esp. amaka and christine. But i mean other than that...same ole same ole...or at least that i can talk about on this public journal haha. I got home at like 12 or a lil bit after that. Thank god i dont really have a curfew and my mom just goes off on a whim on how late she wants me to stay out. And when i got home, she wasnt even sleeping she was like watching a movie on the couch which was a surprise bc she never stays up that late, even when im not home.
Saturday...was my mom's bday! 46 she turns...or as she said 4+6 is 10 so she is now 10 years old lol. She went off to some sort of funeral really early in the morning and i dont even remember her waking me up to tell me that she left (even though she says that she did) but i was so tired from the dance that i was like all passed out haha. but then like around 9 the phone started to ring alot which got REALLY annoying so i ended up waking up for good. Then when mom got home, we went to eat at Todai at the Marque...(GOSH I LOVE THAT PLACE!) and she got her meal for free since it was her bday (which was our sole purpose for going there in the first place). Then afterwards we went to Harwin and i found some cute earrings to wear to the concert, and then we got back home, I like rushed to change and then we went and picked up my 15 and 18 year old cousins to take them to the destiny's child concert!!
I wore my jean skirt which i had been saving for MONTHS to wear to the concert. and when we picked them up and got there, my mom dropped us off at the front of the toyota center and left. They had like all the major radio stations out there playing music really loud and there were these girls dressed up like in 70s clothes with huge afros on roller skates advertising the "Roll Bounce" moving coming out by giving away free demo cds. it was really cool. and so after we took pics and everything else, we went in. We went to find our seats and i noticed how steep the steps are, and when i looked down i felt like i was gonna fall so i got really nervous lol. and we had the ends seats and since i was at the end i felt even more dizzy when i stood up for like the first 20 minutes.
Then we went and got nachoes and i bought a 30 dollar shirt...yes a 30 dollar destinys child t shirt haha and i put it on to get "in the moment". and then we watched some lady rap i think her name was tyra. and then amerie came on (loved it), intermission, then mario (loved it even more!), intermission and then destinys child came on! and everyone stood up and started dancing to their songs! like me and my cousins were screamin and dancin the whole time except i couldnt do beyonce's booty dance bc i was too scared that i was gonna fall down the stairs haha and it was sooo hot in there with all those people. These older ladies tried to take our me and one of my cousin's seats and my other cousin was like 'HELL NO' haha and then the lady behind us was in a BAD mood but i was like thinking 'hey go screw urself bc obviously you aint doin it to ur boyfriend or he wouldnt be yellin everytime a girl started dancin on the stage!' lol but we didnt even care about those people, we just had a good time! and then when they did that 'cater to you' song damn they took three guys from the audience and were dancin and movin all up on them! it was sooo funny! and then when people thought the show was over 'lose my breath' came on and we were dancin all up in the row haha but yeah it was fun
and they had alot of cute guys there too. so after the show it took awhile for us to get through the crowd to get back down the escalators and then we found my mom parked about a block away from the place so we walked over there and went ova to starbucks. and the cashier was like infatuated with my shirt or something and my cousins were showin my mom what the two different versions of booty dancing is haha...it was so fun/crazy
so nontheless when we got home it was like 1:30 a.m and i had like not alot of sleep before i had to go to church in the morning so yeah im tired...but damn i typed alot haha
