I plowed through two books over a 24-hour period this weekend, something I haven't done in... a long time. You're like me - you love real crime stories and unsolved mysteries. I could read about those all. day. long. It sounds like the book about Sharon Marshall is really good. I might have to check it out. :)

I'm addicted to that stuff. I'm actually a member of the DoeNetwork site and used to be an area director, but had to give it up when I got back to school - too much work. My mom got me into Ann Rule's books a few years ago and that was it. I was hooked.

It went very fast, thankfully! Hope yours was everything you hoped it could be! ;)

The Glass Castle is amazing. We listened to it on CD when we drove to Ohio in '05. Amazing.

Isn't it? It's hard to believe people could live like that for so long... and even more amazing that Jeannette turned out the way she did. My mom and I are actually going to go see her speak next week.
