The Rob is currently in the dentist chair, getting his toofers cleaned. I'll be there tomorrow, only under the influence of sleepytime medication and will be minus two more teeth when it's all said and done. I just had some fried pickles the other day! I was talking to (Chef) Ben about how much I loved them, and when I came to work on Saturday, he surprised me with a delicious batch of fried dill pickles.

I smell it. I smell the pickles.

Well, Shawn walked out in the middle of his shift on Saturday. I couldn't help but do a little dance after that happened! :) We ran with four bartenders when we usually have six, and I think we did pretty well!

I think change scares everyone, but I feel like things could be moving in a positive direction. How do you like having your weekends off?

I love having the weekends off! I dreaded having to go straight from one job to the other on Fridays, and feeling like we couldn't go anywhere on Saturdays because we had to be back for work was the pits.
