The fliers really do explain what we're looking for in the Third Division, but if you have any questions, then asking them is the best course of action.

I don't mean to influence your decision, but the Third, Fifth and Ninth Divisions are understaffed at the moment, and we're not the first choice of aspiring cadets. There are a lot of oppurtunities for promotion that you wouldn't find in other Divisions.

If you are considering 12th Division, please let us know in advance. While I am sure that Mayuri-sama would be pleased to have a member of the esteemed Shiba clan in his division, there is a small application process that must be completed by every hopeful shinigami.
