It all sounds very exciting and powerful stuff.

I mean, Wolves being stuffed by West Brom (again)!

Go to the church if you feel the urge to. However, I'm leaning on the psychological side here, rather than the spiritual.

You willed yourself to remember your dream and it quite logically had to do with the experience with the girl. The human mind also has a tendency to form patterns from random events.

The chances of seeing her again in Blackheath were quite high - she works there! However, I will concede that maybe people's paths cross sometimes because they are invisibly attuned to each other, even if only because one of them is on the other's mind.

Also, she is clearly a Christian or at least going there. Is that an area you even want to consider at this stage??? She is probably a nice person - hence her friendly "hello" - but what "wisdom" can she offer? Accept Jesus into your heart and he will forgive you for your sins??!!!

By the way - up the Baggies!!!

I really feel obliged to just push a little further and see if there is any more to be gleaned by visiting that church. If there's nothing more then sobeit, at least i've explored the signs.
I accept your psychological argument, it makes a lot of sense, but its how the scenario FELT that is difficult to portray.
Whichever way you want to analyse it, i pleaded for guidance from a dream and dream i did. And then to see that girl the following morning, well it felt pretty powerful stuff.
Matthras, Matthras, do you REALLY feel that Christianity can still assuade me? Fear not dear boy, its not going to happen!!

It didnt. I pulled out. Chris couldnt make it and the idea of walking into one of these modern churches on my own was too intimidating.

Why intimidating? What's there to be afraid of besides being bludgeoned with hypocrisy?!?
