....I liked Meyer @_@ Like.. her serious wasn't the most SERIOUS or plausible I've read, but it still made for a good mindless read.

As for Cassandra Clare, the bad things about her were mostly that she used lines from movies/etc for her fanfiction, and that her books are too much like her fanfiction. ...Both of which I find unimportant when faced with the fact that she IS a good writer o_O I liked her books a lot. They're witty, plotty, and the characters are horrendously fun <3 I hate how people are like..don't read Clare because her books were a carbon copy of her fanfic-- it's like, WTF? She;s the same author; if she had a successful fanfic series, why can't she make a book series out of it? -_-;

Exactly. I mean, personally, I wouldn't do that. I think it's better to come up with a new plot (if only to avoid bad press, huh. But also for the sake of quality of one's writing). But that's just a matter of individual preference, and I can't see how using her own ideas makes her a plagiarist. o.o Because that's what I heard.

Eeee, Stephanie Meyer, moja ulubiona autorka! Kreatorka tak cudownych, prawdziwie ludzkich - choc wampirzych - postaci! Ach! Jak mozesz mowic, ze jej nie lubisz, gdy nawet nie dalas jej szansy, nie przeczytalas ani jednej z jej cudownych historii? Wstydzilabys sie.

...um. Nie potrafie sobie wyobrazic sytuacji, w ktorej Maya moglaby znizyc sie do poziomu autorki 'Zmierzchu'. Jej postaci maja CHARAKTER, zachowuja sie, mysla jak ludzie, a nie roboty, otoczenie jest realistyczne - i mozna sporo o nim powiedziec. I nikt nie potarza co 2 strony, jaki to np. Draco jest cudowny i interesujacy. Czytelnik sam na to wpada ;PPPP W przypadku postaci stworzonych przez Meyer zsdne z tych twierdzen nie jest prawdziwe. Ech.

A na 'The Graveyard Book' nie moge sie wprost doczekac - poki co zostaje mi zachwycanie sie komiksami ♥

No właśnie też tak sądziłam, ale ta recenzja mnie zdołowała. Szczególnie, że taka Cassandra Clare miała swojego czasu (tzn. w czasie, zanim nie usunęła wszystkich ficów z internetu, po tym, jak ją oskarżyli o plagiat) mniej więcej taką pozycję w fandomie jak teraz Maya. A potem ...well, czytałam różne nieciekawe recenzje jej książek. o.o' *martwi się*
