With the help of my crew (Bones, among others. Sadly enough, I don't think there was Spock in this dream), I had to defeat a mask haunted by a demon, lurking on one of the decks of the Enterprise. The demon made people forget each other's identities and be afraid of one another, to the degree where they tried to kill each other. I - that is, James T. :p - had to do something about it, so... I threw the monster out of a window (or whatever they're called on starships), 'Alien' style. Or actually, Janeway-cutting-off-one-deck-and-throwing-the-Borg-drones-into-space style.
My definitely favourite fragment is the one where, as an ominous farewell (the-Groke-chased-away-from-the-Moominvalley-and-howling-she'll-be-back style?), the demon forms a giant white mask from the clouds in the sky.
Well, first of all, this is kitchy and a fine example of a cliche. Obviously enough. Second, I believe I don't have to inform any of you that blue skies and white clouds aren't exactly what is usually seen from the windows of a starship. =='
Well, kitchy or not, things like that usually make me love my crazy imagination. Unless it goes too far and comes up with such things as this Kirk/Spock mpreg pwp that I dreamt a few weeks ago. o.o' Yes, I dreamt a Kirk/Spock mpreg. Pwp. Fortunately enough, I can't remember details (...I mean, I'm glad I can't remember details because it was an mpreg. I absolutely wouldn't mind remembering details of a K/S pwp dream :p)
Also, I think this might be to blame for a demon in white mask, appearing in my dream:

Well, right, it's creepy. I don't, however, see this as a bad thing. I actually value this type of cartoons/books/any other production/publications for children more than things like Teletubbies. And I've been this way since I can remember - as a child, I didn't like stories where everything and everyone was good, beautiful and peaceful. I liked Moomins and "Zuzanka's Adventures", a book where the main character (a girl!) fights with pirates, breaks from prison, overthrows a government, and rehabilitates a vampire and a witch. She meets bad guys and fights them. And that, in my opinion, is more realistic and educative than Teletubbies. Though this guy with a handbag could teach some a nice lesson about diversity. :p
ps.
Oh gods. I've just seen this:

Oh gods. Oh gods. I want to go and see a Cirque du Soleil performance. I want to be a Cirque character. ;p (That's a normal reflex in my case - I'm a fan of someone, I want to be them. That, perhaps, is a part of the reason for which I hardly ever feel like doing fictional characters, or people I'm a fan of. I don't want to be with them, I want to be them. And yes, right now I want to be Spock. Or at least a Vulcan. :p) Btw, if any of you read Gaiman's 'Anansi Boys', or saw Bourne's 'Swan Lake', then, in my humble opinion, there is no way for the Trickster and ...er, that other guy from Kooza not to make you think of Spider and Charlie, and the Swan and the Prince. :D
