At 7 AM the temperature was 17-degrees.  Too cold to walk the beach.  By 9:30 it had warmed to 23-degrees, but the tide was in too far for beach walking, so I opted to walk Route 1.  I don't like walking along Rte 1 because of the auto exhaust fumes and the asphalt pavement.  However, it had been several days since my last walk and I really needed ( Read more... )
