Very cool. I've been meaning to do this. Thanks for explaining how easy it is to do in the jar. When my son was in preschool, the teacher used to make butter every couple of days. She had a little churn and a rhyme and the kids would come up and pound for a little while in rhythm until they tired of it. If two or three kids joined in, the butter was done in no time.
