I,m going to play devils advocate on this one well... just because thats what my name implies. It may seem Euro (canadian) centric and perhaps a touch hipicritical and maybe even prejudice. Man I totally agree with what your part two will be... however I will let you write about it and not steal your glory. but I will say this by banning handguns the goverment is only trying to draw the attention away from their short commings in order to blame the problem on handguns and individuals!
