Burning the Candle

Both ends are permanently on fire. I tried to blow out the fire in the middle. I think it's one of those trick candles.

Ha! you don't have a district to come to your rescue and take away one of your opportunities for never ceasing! Our district saved me from a middle school dance this friday...(sense the sarcasm in her voice!)

I saved myself from such horrors. For example, I don't have to do assembly duty twice a year, because I run every assembly . . . huh?
