Any one have any ideas as to what might be wrong with my eggplant? After looking disgustingly healthy the leaves are turning yellow and then brown and I rather suspect it might be dying. Since it's not the entire plant that is browning out, I'm thinking you may have some kind of bug attacking it...

If it's insects, you can probably save the plant, but verticillium wilt is likely a death knell; you will possibly get a few fruits before the plant succumbs. Don't compost any plants suspected of the problem since it will show up again wherever the compost is used.
