I took him on a surprise mini-roadtrip to the only Carl's Jr in the metro Seattle area, and then we stopped at Fry's and picked up Seasons 1-3 of Big Bang Theory!

We cuddled in bed giggling while I tried to pretend that I wasn't Sheldon!

I spent the afternoon making him a dinner composed of his favorite things. Homemade blue cheese and walnut shortbread biscuits, a green salad with asparagas, red onion and tomato with a gorgonzola dressing. Gorgonzola and Walnut ravioli in an arugula walnut and lemon pesto (heavy on the garlic and black pepper). I finished it with twin desserts of flourless Grand Marnier chocolate cake with black berries and a Key Lime Fool topped with black berries.

We watched The Antiques Road show together and went to bed - holding hands all night while the cat did her best to act as chaperone - sleeping between us to keep the hanky panky to a minimum - DAMN CAT!
