If you had to cook the "perfect dinner", what would it be?

Well, I do not know if there is such a thing, or if there is, what it might be. For me it is not about what you are cooking, but who you are cooking it for, and why. I choose to become a pastry chef because I love to cook, not bake. I wanted my love of cooking at home

i didn't "want" any specific kind of answer. i love to hear/read people talking about their passion and it seemed to me that cooking was a passion of yours (not only the act of cooking but everything it involves - just like you described).

i am more than happy with your reply. Makes me admire you more than i already did. :-)
