Memory of a great woman

I am very sad right now because msmemory has passed away due to breast cancer. I didn't realize that she was sick until recently. It seems inconceivable that someone who was so full of life could be gone. She was always working on something. Although I wasn't a close friend, I've known her for many years. I don't think I remember seeing her when she wasn't

I didn't now her, but I know a ton of people who DO know her. It's great of you to say a piece for her here. Gadz, she was waaaay too young!

She was one of those terribly rare people who make the world a better place just by being here. I knew her for almost thirty years, and it wasn't long enough. There were always things we could talk about, but she was also able to relax and share silence without it being awkward.

The last time I saw her physically was just before the return of her cancer had been discovered. She congratulated me for being free of cancer a year after my surgery. I know I shouldn't, but I feel more than a little guilty for still being here.

I believe she would be the first person to tell you not to feel guilty. She really did make the world a better place by just being here.
