Week 1: Buy fresh vegetables, fresh fish and fresh quality-not-quantity meat. Cook these yourself - try not to be an idiot about it (by drowning the food in fat, sugar or sweeteners.)

Weeks 2-14: Repeat as above.

Seriously, that list was weird! Though buying local and organic is a different issue, and where you live and how much money you have makes a big difference on how easy you could make that task. Certainly, eating fresh cheaply is really easy for me. My local street is choc-full of wonderful grocers, fishmongers and an excellent butcher - I'm very lucky.

!!! That list still boggles me!!!
