I'm on CC Adoption... Cross Cultural Adoption and some person just posted asking the members to vote for her child in a radio station's beautiful baby contest.

Good for you! I believe we are judged by our appearance to a very large extent, but why in the WORLD would anyone do that to a child? How do parents justify objectifying their kids like that?

Besides, everyone knows our kids are more beautiful than anyone else's anyway.
