Have you told the doctor about the experience with the nurse? I think you need to tell her or switch doctors so you don't have any more anxiety about dealing with her. You need some kind of resolution.

A day at the kitchen table would help too. ;D How about Monday?

You're right, Pam. How do I get past the nurse now to tell the doctor? If this were Margaux's care, I'd have no problem, but because it's me I'm mentally wimpering in the corner. :(

Can you just ask the receptionist to have the doctor call you? Tell her you don't need to talk to the nurse, you need to talk to the doctor.

I think I will write a letter to her and have Shahram drop it at the office and I'll ask her to call me in the letter. If that doesn't work out, I guess I'll get a new doctor.... damnit.
