Somehow, I got removitated. I feel really good today. I exercised. Not the full Richard Simmons, but I used weights and did a bit of Super Slow for 15 minutes... sweat pouring down my face! YEAH! HOO HA! I decided to have a fruit day today.
Back in high school and just after it, I followed Fit For Life, by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond. They advocated occasional all fruit days. I'm doing that today. So far today I've had an avocado and a bunch of cherries. I don't know if they'd have advocated avocados on the all-fruit days, but it is a fruit. :o)
I walked on the treadmill for just a few minutes, probably less than 5 while I was waiting for Richard to start. I was walking really fast, with short strides. It got my heart going really well. Oh, and I took my blood pressure for the first time in about a week--before I exercised. It was 116/69 with heart rate of 69 bpm. I took it again right before I started exercising, but with the wrist monitor. It said 122/72. Both of those readings were motivational.
Addendum: I did lose 1/2 pound yesterday! That could be some of it. I'm the lowest since starting WW about 3 months ago. I'm really hoping to push off another few pounds by Monday. I'm hoping to be in the 350s by surgery. I'm really trying hard right now.
