No, I have the stainless steel shaker that came with the variety taster's pack. It looks kind of like a martini shaker.

Where'd you get that power stirrer thingy?

It came with some kind of vitamin powder I bought at Whole Foods. I think I've seen them at Bed, Bath & Beyond and places like that. The blender might work, or maybe even a hand mixer.

I think I'll have to look for one of those. I have a hand blender and a regular blender (broken), but I think that would make it a bit too frothy for after surgery. Too much air whipped into it.

Where do you get the Whey Fruity Grape? I am almost out of my Nectar and I want to try another one, but I am always weary, I don't like a LOT, I tried almost every protein at VitaLady and the Kiwi-Strawberry is the only one I could tolerate.
