I've been horribly lazy on follow Marimite stuff, but any idea if there's going to be more out of this franchise? I watched the most recent season and I want more!

No, the last season I picked up was three. I have yet to buy season four.

It has been a LONG time since I followed this series.

hmmm i think the prob would be yumi's character here.. it lacks a bit of infatuation feeling.. the chemistry between yumi and sachiko is quite lacking..but otherwise i would also give it a 9/10.

True, the experience would have been even better had the (1) actresses watch the entire anime series first-hand, to get the right feel for their characters, and (2) had the producers thought of consulting the seiyuu on how to bring out some great relationship chemistry, notably Kana Ueda and Miki Itou, which made the anime version very potent.
