looks like the mirror incident is going to turn out just fine. i went down to the recommended autobody shop about an hour ago to get an estimate. the guy snipped my mirror off, ordered another one, and told me to come back tomorrow where he'd install it in 15 minutes tops. he's even going to bill the car wash directly. i wonder if i can convince
