narnia was very disappointing. don't go in with high hopes and you might enjoy it better than i did.

admittedly, no, but i'm pretty familiar with the story. i may read them at some point. just not high priority right now.

i would think my opinion would count more since i'm not comparing the book to the movie or vice versa. the movie should be able to standalone as a work of art regardless of whether it was based on a good book, a shitty book, or no book at all.

I loved the movie... but I had to hide in my sweatshirt during the icky stabbing part.
