so i had a new neighbors move in about a month ago.  only one apartment changed hands, but it seems to change occupants on a rotating basis

We came home one day and my neighbor was sitting in the apple tree with a backwards hat, a flannel shirt and a rifle.... "waitin' on the chicken hawk"

Be glad you don't live in the country.
