I hate slow-moving food queues, especially when they're moving slow because people are indecisive :p I want to tell them "You've been standing in line for ten minutes, you had plenty of time to make up your mind!". Alas.

That would be lovely! And yes, gosh, although I really don't know what the hold up was on this particular occasion. Being fast food in a train station, speedy service really is the name of the game - we don't usually have a problem there. It was all very tragic :((
