Well, I can see how it's legal. If you buy the animals, then it's your property, which is, of course, the main point of conjecture when it comes to animal rights(should their safety and happiness preclude the fact that they're technically chattel? I think so, but it's not my call, currently).
As for the "hunts", that's just basically the love of killing. It took me a few moments to understand their point, since it's mislabeled as "hunting" (there's no hunting to me if there's no searching). Although I can understand their love of killing(the Native Americans probably loved the hunt, including the moment of actually killing), I've no interest in being wasteful. It's unnecessary, especially when Gargirl makes such tasty vittles that are entirely vegan(like that stir-fry! :D).
