[The feed comes on to show Hope in his new giant room on the seventh floor, looking a bit exhausted, with the joey Kai curled up peacefully on his lap. He's not injured but there's a few odd scrapes and bruises on his face and forearms from his time on the Sigrun. He also looks an odd mixture of both relieved and annoyed.]
So... it's over? Did everyone make it back okay? If anyone needs any help after all that... I'm not sure what I can do, especially now that it's done, but if there's anything I can do to help I'll do my best.
[And now the annoyed and resentful part of his mood comes out to play.]
I know the captains did everything they could to help everyone, but... that whole mess was their fault. You... you can't tell me that they didn't think something like that was going to happen to that ship if they kept poking at it. They kept telling us that that ship was the same as this one! So they didn't know what kind of security was going to be on it?
[Hope's voice begins to rise as he continues his little rant, and his hands clench into fists. He notices this just as he finishes his last sentence and it startles him enough to snap out of it.]
S-sorry. Guess I got a little carried away. Forget what I said, I'm just... glad everyone made it back in one piece. But.... next time we go to a ship that looks like something out of a horror movie... stay away from it?
[He chuckles and reaches over to turn off the guide, but before he does, he can't help but mutter bitterly:]
I hope those logs the captains got were worth putting everyone through that.
