You know, I’ve seen a great many things in my days, but even I’m not really sure what to think of the type of man who gets it off sticking fish into someone’s ears. An ear fetish perhaps? I guess there's some sense in it, but I can think of at least a dozen better things to stick in rather than a fish that are actually the right shape.
