Oh, you can look it up on your Guide, but a waterpark is basically like a huge water playground. There are all sorts of pools and water slides.

Some are just for lazing around like being on an inflatable tube on a slow moving river - I think that's where Reimu has been most of the week. Some are wave pools that are pretty exciting. There are also the weird pools like where I'm working this week. We're, uh, not going by those. And the slides are awesome.
