Now that I have finished the required paperwork I am able to communicate with everyone else. It was rather excessive and overly complicated if I say so myself....

Unlike the island you will need to pay bills and support yourself. I assume you got the same package I did upon completion of registration but I hope you have thought about a continued source of income.

Um, no, not yet. I'm going to have to work the weird monthly jobs for a while to save up enough, so it won't be for a while.

I've been doing little chores and stuff for people around the ship to make a name for myself. Like making medicines and stuff.

That's the perfect start. The more people know bout your items the more they will come to want to commission you. Have you made a record of the people you've helped?

Try and keep a record of them from now on. We can get a book to write them down in. That way when you have a place you can send them a card telling them about it and invite them to come to your shop.

Contacting those people individually gives a personal touch though. It's not just advertising it's a personal invitation. It encourages already loyal patrons to continue supporting you. Then, those people will recommend you to their friends. Even if their friends see your announcement they will be more inclined if those who already know speak up about you. It's having confirmation.

This is basic business sense.
