[On the screen, a Vogon is droning on about arrival paperwork and returning passengers. Suddenly a voice off screen speaks.]

Enough.

[A hand reaches into view and taps the Vogon on the head, instantly knocking it unconscious. As the Vogon's head hits the desk, the Guide is picked up and a very annoyed Castiel looks into the screen for a minute

Yeah, I guess Superman wouldn't wanna just show anybody his powers, huh? But if you're an angel, aren't you supposed to be wearing a halo and have a harp? Or is that just in the movies?

[There's a slightly impatient sigh before he answers. Obviously he's heard these questions before.]

We don't have halos and we don't play harps. We also don't sit on clouds. My wings are not visible to humans.

[nodding as if that makes perfect sense]

I see, I see, I guess you don't have to sit and sing in a choir all day too. You must get that a lot but it's okay, I totally understand cause sometimes people think I'm Kid Flash even though I'm not even though we've got the same powers so it's kind of the same thing and man, you're the first angel I've ever met but you probably hear that a lot too, but this is still really cool! I thought this ship just had a bunch of aliens and people, but I didn't think there's be anybody like you!

[A lot of that speech went right over his head.]

Considering there are aliens and humans with special abilities, the existence of supernatural and celestial beings shouldn't be that surprising.

You're right! It's not like I never had any supernatural-kinda friends, either, so I should've thought of that! Maybe I can find some ghosts here, too!

You don't have superheroes where you're from? A Kid Flash is the Flash when he's a kid! People always mix me 'n Kid Flash up even though there isn't a Kid Flash around just cause I'm fast but I never wanna be Kid Flash, I like being Impulse-- hey! Do angels get names?

Awesome name! I'm Impulse, like I said, but you can call me Bart too, if you want! Is not talking a whole lot something angels just do?

... Are you a superhero? I thought they had to keep their real identities a secret?

[accelerated]

You should talk more!

I'm a superhero! We're supposed to keep 'em a secret but they put our real names on the roster things anyway and I don't wanna get in trouble for keeping stuff from an angel and angels must fight crime or evil things or monsters and stuff too so they're kinda like superheroes and the superheroes back home know my real name so it's not that different telling you!

I've never met an actual superhero with a secret identity. As far as I know, in my world they're all fictional.

Wow, a whole world without superheroes? The police must be busy all the time. Does that mean no supervillains too? What do angels do, then? Don't you get bored?

I don't know about super villains, but there are people who do evil things and supernatural threats. And of course there are people who fight against them.

Then you do have heroes! Maybe it's just that nobody wears a costume?

No... Although they have been known to wear a disguise.
