Your ship is probably in the hangar if you're looking for it. but if you mean this ship, it doesn't exactly belong to any of the refugees.

I don't think groups of people in one area wormhole together like that. At least not as far as I've seen. So the people inside the Condor may have wormholed to other ships.

Oh, that's easy! There's a map on your Guide that can show you pretty much any place on the ship. It can give you directions to places, too!
