[ OH MY GOD THERE'S A SEA OF... balloons...?

Jasmine's sitting on the floor of room 4-5, her new room as of this month, surrounded by inflated and deflated balloons that are every color of the spectrum. Some are the round but most of them are those long and skinny ones that are used for making balloon animals.

Which is what she's trying to do rather

As for the animals...
[Okay, so that other guy had the best idea to get her a library book. (He can't help but feel a bit disgruntled at that.)]
I could pick up a book too on the way? Maybe I can find one with instructions on making balloon animals...
[Because that would be better than just a book about animals.]

Despite his hurrying, it still takes him a really long time to appear at Jasmine's door. Setting down the canister of compressed air (it's about a good half a meter long and not light) and holding the books under one arm, he knocks at the door.]

C-Canada! Hey! Th-thank you so much for this... [ She'll hold her hands out. Want her to take something? ]

It really is... [ Jasmine's eyes focus down to the balloons scattered on the ground. She really should be getting back to those... but boyfriend... ]

[He looks down at the balloons too, but can't quite yet bring himself to get up from the couch. ...He gives her hand another little squeeze, as if sensing her thoughts. (Perhaps they just echo his own.)

Then a thought occurs to him-]

Jasmine, did you blow all of these up by yourself?
