[Checking through his network post, she nods to herself before turning the video on]

[Kanji knew Naoto was here but that didn't change the relief he felt at actually seeing her or the sudden shyness that he still had yet to conquer when it came to her. And so he gapes just a moment longer than would normally be considered polite]

[Kanji's pacing slightly as he waits for Naoto to arrive. Not that he's nervous or anything. He just wants to know what's going on, that's all. *cough*

Oh Naoto, why must you do this to him?]

[It doesn't take long for her to arrive. She's about to knock, but the door is expecting her. It opens while her hand is raised]

Ah...

[Arthur bounds in, wagging his tail. Oh! Another room! Naoto clears her throat, stepping inside]

Kanji-kun, I'm here.

[Kanji's a little too distracted to reply right away. There appears to be a strange-looking creature staring at him and he's not even sure they're supposed to have pets but at the same time it's kind of cute and happy-looking and he has no idea what to do here because what if it bites or does something else that could be classified as less than friendly]

[He'd have gone for "hello". But, you know. Distracted]

[It's not a date, but she has a restaurant in mind. Pretty sure the owner wouldn't mind them having their talk...]

[Naoto nods and lifts her cap. There's Roul the Joltik, sitting on her head as usual, holding what looks like a double-A battery. There's something else she wants to ask him later, but for now, she sets the cap down and turns towards the door. Naoto glances over her shoulder]

Let's be on our way then.

[Oh god what the hell is that and why is it on her head? Although, when he looks a little closer he has to admit that it's sort of cute in a weird way. He moves to follow her as she heads for the door]
