If it were me, I'd probably want a story about a cool magician who saved the world with his intelligence. Yeah, that sounds pretty great. Why not read them something like that? Or make it up on your own?

As for making up my own, I tried something like that, but they kept interrupting me to ask questions before I could even finish telling the story, so I've just been reading these books instead. It's admittedly easier and less annoying...
