[The distinctive voice of a Vogon can only be heard faintly, probably asking questions. The Vogon is answered by a new refugee with a booming voice.]No, I did not write the name of this vessel by mistake, my name is Thor

[Loki often makes a habit of checking the network - though he is rarely interested in many of the posts, it is an activity that helps him pass the time and keep somewhat up to date with what's happening on the ship.
He freezes when he comes across this one; though there is no video, there is a voice. It is deep and thunderous and familiar and it makes him scowl down at his guide.
So, then. His brother had arrived. Oh yes, the Norns were probably taking some delightful amusement in this turn of events, clearly at Loki's expense. He does not dwell on this long (though it is easy for him to, this sense of anger that boils up from within him); his mind kicks into high gear, weighing all the possibilities

[To himself, Loki wonders how truly glad Thor is to see him. He had always been an observant one, and he can see the slight strain in his brother's smile. That in itself is nearly enough to let Loki know where Thor stood, in terms of time.
He couldn't help but think to himself that it was all the better for it. Slightly more of a challenge, certainly, but utterly more satisfying in many ways.]
[He forces something of a relieved grin on his features (though it does not look very forced at all).]
And it is good to see you, as well. You're late, you know, brother. Not terribly responsible of you.
[Loki gives him something of a smirk on the outside, managing to look fairly amused. His tone is steady and his words roll off his tongue rather easily.]
That seems to be the popular trend as of late; this ship is something of an oddity, though I am sure you have noticed this upon your very arrival. Are you flattered that they have named it after yourself, though?
Hardly more than a couple of weeks. [He attempts to nudge the conversation in a direction that would garner him more usable information out of his brother, and he offers him the smallest hint of a frown.] Your coronation ceremony is, unfortunately, long overdue at this point.

The ship's name seems to be causing some confusion.
[He blinks in surprise at Loki's comment. Someone had told him of people coming from different times, but he hadn't expected this. If Loki is from before the ceremony, then he doesn't know...]
Where are you now?
[He has no idea what he's going to tell his brother, if anything, but it's a conversation better had in person.]
[And that look of surprise from his brother confirms it - Thor had come from after their little tiff, or at least sometime after he had realized the extent of Loki's betrayal. In that case, acting like he himself was from before certain events even took root had him at the advantage.
This would certainly be fun.]
Ah, that- [He holds his guide out, to show more of the room he's in. It is quite spacious and definitely the opposite of what they give the newer refugees.] I've just found myself a new room. 8-2. Care for a visit?
[If Thor wished to see him face-to-face, he would oblige him.]

Thor? Brother? Is that you?
[He's been blessed, indeed, to be gifted with the talent of lies. It makes one a phenomenal actor.]

He smiles again, and it's a little more honest this time.]
I'm afraid it couldn't be helped, as the journey here was not under my control.
How long have you been here?

And he's more distracted by thoughts of what he's going to say when he sees Loki.]
Yes, thank you. I will be there shortly.
