[That can't be right... Last he'd seen Duo, he hadn't had anything with him.]

[But it was Duo. There was no doubt about that. So Trowa switched the Guide over to an encrypted channel which easily placed him inside the Wing Zero's cockpit; sans helmet as that still had him twitch.]

[He hadn't, had he? And he probably wasn't dressed as a Peventer either... or looked eighteen.

Even if he read Trowa's name on the list, hearing his voice still caught him by surprise. It's been so long since he saw someone from home! For a second, you can see Duo's uncovered face and the raw emotions in his eyes. Fucking finally.]

[Duo stares for a second then laughs.] I gotta mark this day on the calendar. Dear diary, today I was asked t'do paperwork by big green creatures an' Tro' made a joke. I'm still tryin' to decide which one was weirder.

[He pays a close look at the cockpit Trowa is in... ugh, he didn't miss that MS.] Guess ya don't have yer Gundam either? [He was so disappointed when he didn't find Deathscythe in the hangar! =(]

[He even allowed a small, slight smirk to appear for a split second, though amusement remained in his visible eye. Though it disappeared when Duo commented on Zero.]

I think it depends on what you were in when the wormhole picked you up.

[It wasn't as if they were on their Gundams 24/7, so it doesn't say Duo much actually. But he glances at the golem and sighs again.]

[Spend time with Duo or keep working on finding a way to by pass the Zero system and still use the gundam... It didn't take him more than a minute to carefully pull his way out of what he'd already done and shut the systems down.]

[Then he opened the cockpit and put his Guide away to easily leap down to join Duo, hatch closing behind him. He gave the golem a curious glance before dismissing it for the time being.]

What have you seen so far? Missions are real, but you can get out of them if you want to.

[Duo runs to receive his fellow pilot with an arm around his shoulders - or he tries at least. Why so tall, Trowa? The golem just flies above them, waiting for Duo to give it an order.]

Yer real! This is so awesome. [Forgive him for the randomness, he still can't believe he's seeing friends again.] Nothin', really. I came here as soon as they told me there were people from my world and even Mobile Suits. Managed to escape the paperwork, too, I'll just hack my info into their system later. Guide the way, my friend!

[Forgive the slight tensing at the physical contact, he's still not used to it. But Trowa didn't push him away, so that was something.]

[He got them moving out of the hangar after giving the remaining gundams a look to make sure all was well. Wing Zero was off, and Altron and Epyon were also shut down.]

I haven't seen Wufei in a while, and Nataku left a month ago. Quatre and Heero left a bit before her.

[That's alright, Duo's indeed happy he was allowed to stay. Baby steps! The fact he was on Thor before makes him go all serious. He's seen people come and go at the previous place he was at, but hearing it happened to him was kinda weird.]

...guess it was my turn. [Duo follows Trowa blindly (such a trust), he's very lost in thought to actually comment on Epyon.] So I missed Quat' an' Heero. Dammit. ...an' why do I have the feelin' when ya say Nataku ya don't mean 'Fei's Gundam?

[Trowa didn't let just anyone stay that close. But Duo was one of those special cases.]

...Tro', what's the last thin' ya remember from home? [He asks the question naturally, as if dealing with time jumps and wormholes are just another topic choice among "weather" and "food".]

[Trowa let a very slight smirk appear at the sarcasm. Obviously he's lightened up a bit on Thor. But as before, the smirk quickly faded at the return to dashing nice things.]

[Aww, such a pity - Duo likes those little smirks, and it's very proud of being one of the few who can make them appear on Trowa. Stupid serious conversation time.]

...What. The. Fuck! [Ok, so maybe he wasn't so used to the different timelines idea as he thought.] AC195?! Seriously?! So ya don't know 'bout how we won the war an' saved the world fuckin' TWICE an' destroyed the Gundams an'... [Brb, babbling.]

[Trowa wasn't all that surprised by the reaction. Or by the babbling. He simply let Duo talk and get some of his frustration out before he interrupted. By that point, they'd made it to the Dolphin Pool-big surprised.]

I know about what happens. Something else you should know is that the engine that runs the ship is a bit unpredictable when it turns on. It makes the improbable happen.

... One such event caused many refugees to either age, or grow younger. I grew up a little. I wrote myself a letter explaining everything that happened to that point, along with what I did during the week long period.
