Either they're hard at work fixing it or they're panicking just like everyone else. One of the two.

But with that first announcement, I'm inclined to go with the latter.

Probably. I mean, if it was the first one wouldn't they have at least said something by now, even if they couldn't give us any details?

They don't have a good track record of helping at all in situations like these.

It isn't too bizarre. They tend to stay quiet at times like this until they manage to accomplish something... that, or get everyone trapped on a ship facing self-destruction.

Still seems pretty suspicious to me. Almost like they think if they ignore it, it'll go away on its own.

Yes, that usually appears how they'll handle it. Still, they've managed to pull through before.

Well even so, I don't like it. This isn't somethin' harmless like changing the water systems or turning us into things we shouldn't be. Fucking cowards.

Nnnh, it seems like to me that they don't have any solutions, so then of course they wouldn't make any more announcements. 'Cause then, those guys who are rioting will want to go beat them up.

[Slight snort there]

The guys who're rioting probably want to go beat them up anyway. Admitting they don't know shit would just be extra provocation.

Yeah, but making an announcement would attract attention faster. Maybe they're busy trying to find a safe place to hide out first. I haven't been here long enough to know much about them, but... they don't seem like they're very good at much.

Yeah, so I hear. Makes you wonder how they're still in charge around here.

They're not exactly big on communication around here.

...Uh, hey. Are you busy right now?
