005 :: Video {Birthday time, GET}
[When the feed clicks on, one can hear excessive background noise followed by a few rounds of the familiar 'Kesese~'. A table stocked with what appears to be party food and the ever important wurst sitting in the center, can be seen in the corner of the rather large room. He moves to pin something up on the wall, and after a few minutes of struggling with a banner much bigger than he is, he steps back to admire his handiwork. It reads

[It turns out that Prussia has rented space from one of the restaurants on the ship, for his not-so-surprise surprise party. And he's expecting all his friends to stop by. After admiring his hard work for a few more minutes, he shuffles over to the table, and pops open a beer, waiting for guests to arrive]

SECONDLY, since the beginning of the month your character may, or may not, but mostly may, have found various posters and whatnot around the ship announcing a surprise party for 'the most awesome person ever' on the 18th. It's Prussia's birthday, and he's throwing his own surprise party. You're invited, or not invited, whichever tickles your fancy. But there's free food and alcohol so who wouldn't show up? Action and threadjacking totally approved. And...gifts are expected, but not really.]
